The Tap, Boiler, Chiller all come with a 3 year parts & labour warranty. The Boiler and chiller unit come with an additional 2 years replacement only on the tanks. Commercial warranty is 12 months Parts & Labour

Notifying us of a warranty. Please call 0800 434 756 or email sales@heirloom.co.nz. Please provide the following information when making a warranty claim. Name, address of unit, what the issue is, contact details including phone number, date of purchase, date of installation with confirmation that a licensed plumber has installed the unit, manufacture date of either the boiler unit or chiller unit (note the date of manufacture is on the data plate on the unit). Installation will be deemed no later than 3 months after the date of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by the Application of New Zealand consumer law. No warranty applies to the life of the Peppy Taps water filtration cartridge installed with any of our units, as the filter cartridge service life may vary according to water quality and the rate of water consumption.
